Definitions: Applique (hand or machine), Art (an original design), Mixed Technique (utilizes multiple techniques which may include applique, piecing. embellishments, etc.), Modern (fits into "modern aesthetic" with clean lines, negative space), Pieced (hand or machine).

We appreciate your donations of wonderful quilts to auction which raises money for our Guild operations and philanthropy. All styles of quilts are welcome so we can appeal to all bidders and their budgets. Please submit your entries by December 15th.
We will be using a silent auction format for 2026. As we plan this new style of auction, we may not be able to accommodate all of your donations due to space restrictions. If that occurs, we will contact you to either return it to you or get your approval to move it to Consignment.
All auction quilts will be displayed at the show, some on Saturday and some on Sunday with the bidding closing on their display day. If you have any questions about the auction, please contact Julie Limbach Jones, Auction Chair, at quiltshowauction@southbayquiltersguild.org.

Consignment Form

Enter a quilt to be sold in our booth in the Vendor Mall. The member sets the selling price and will receive 80% (minus sales tax) and the guild will retain 20%.
