Leah Day - 365 Days of Free Motion Quilting

| No Comments | No TrackBacks
Have you heard of Leah Day and her "365 Days of Free Motion Quilting Filler Designs" project? According to Leah's blog she was tired of stippling and challenged herself to "come up with a new free motion filler design every day for a whole year". Her site includes an index to her designs. If you click one of the images on the index page, you will see the individual blog post for that particular design, including a short how-to video. Leah demonstrates every design that she has created, which makes it so easy to understand and be able to try for yourself. You can also find her on Facebook and Twitter. She has a YouTube page of all her videos. I think this is a wonderful project, and very helpful when we're stumped for quilting ideas. Let us know if you've used any of her designs!

Happy quilting!
